Title: Photomontage: the art of persuasion

Abstract: The purpose of my thesis is to study the photomontage medium and its contribution to graphic design. I will begin with an academic research project which will concentrate on the specific use of photomontage by designers of the avant-garde period through the 1940s. This research will be completed by a written paper.
