dc.description.abstract To address the shortage of science and math teachers in the United States who are qualified to teach deaf and hard-of-hearing students, the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology is offering scholarships of up to $5,000 a year for two years, in addition to reduced tuition for those who enroll in its master’s program, the college announced today. en_US
