Title: Encouraging knowledge documentation through technology and behavioral-based incentives

Abstract: This paper consists of an exploration of the technology-based and behavioral-based incentives that are effective in promoting knowledge documentation. It hypothesizes the types of incentives needed for employees to completely and effectively document their knowledge and critically examines the hypotheses through the analysis of a survey of functional business employees.
